Separate is about a turning point I experienced during the writing of this album," says singer Patrick Miranda. "Between creative friction, internal and intrapersonal struggles, and the weight of needing to create something that felt meaningful, the stress of it all hit me hard. I felt like I had nothing more to offer in that moment.”

“It’s the apex predator of Anthrax songs,” grins Ian. “I think it’s the best song we’ve ever written and the best thing I’ve ever been a part of creatively. What’s the most powerful emotion that moves me more than anything? Of course, it’s love. Nothing moves me like the deep feeling that I get from my wife and son. I’m living on that edge for the rest of my life. This is mine, but there are a lot of ways to ruin it.”

"We've been fans of Amira for a while," states I Prevail. "She has such a distinct sound and style. The opportunity to write together came up super organically and we instantly connected on this crazy concept for a song.  We all saw the vision for it almost right away. That's a rare and beautiful thing when it happens. We still don't think we know exactly what we made. We never had to stop to think about it. We just made it."

"Grey Hun" is a song that encourages everyone to be comfortable with just being themselves. It started with composing the riff as I imagined a man riding his horse through a vast landscape," states Enkush. "From there, it took a while for us to finish the song because we wanted to make sure to clearly communicate the positive message of the song."

Ice Nine Kills enter the fog today with Play Dead, a brand-new single and accompanying music video created in collaboration with Dead by Daylight, the world’s leading multiplayer horror game. Written for Dead by Daylight’s 10th Anniversary celebrations and announced on their anniversary live stream.

“This one has a good blend of old-school PSYCROPTIC-style riffage and slightly sludge filled, loosey-goosey sections straight outta the classic death metal era,” remarks guitarist Joe Haley. “The whole thing is brought together with the choral/orchestral chorus. Something for everyone! Going to be a fun one to rip live!”

When talking about the re-record of the album Oli said “We can’t have this record sounding like what bands sound like today. It needs to be the best version of what it sounded like in 2006.”

A favorite among fans since the album's release, ‘Tarantula’ now gets a fitting visual counterpart. Bathed in stark yellow light and shot with a gritty, stripped-down aesthetic, the performance-focused video captures Zombie and his band tearing through the track with relentless force and precision.

"An homage to the quietest of family members that help us get through our struggles and wins; the clueless ones that have more of an impact on us as human beings than they will ever realise," shares vocalist Lizi McIntosh. "We would be nothing without them, people don’t deserve them, yet we are blessed with their very existence. And who doesn’t love Cats…?"

Shomo says, “Bullshit is a familiar song I’ve written many times.  I wanted to revisit the musical style that was the catalyst of so much healing and discovery in my earlier years of Beartooth. It’s an exercise in letting the truth out about what you’re sick of in your own life.

Blaythe Steuer comments: "Slowly Turning Blue is a song I needed to write before No Cure was even an idea. Unfortunately, it's pretty emotionally challenging for me, so instead I will talk about how much I love the static pinch riff, the harmonized guitars in the bridge, and the Sepultura drums section.”

’Seeing Red’, sees the band come out swinging with one of their most direct and overwhelmingly brutal tracks to date. Built for devastating impact, the track is arguably one of the heaviest in the band’s catalog but underneath the brutality is something more human.

Vocalist Josh Baker explains: "The line 'crack myself in two for you' came from feeling split between real life and whatever version of myself existed inside a phone talking to somebody all the time. I wrote it from that feeling of being completely wrapped up in someone while still existing in this strange in-between space where nobody really knows what’s going on except the two people in it."

"Everything Is Fine is one of those songs that took a while to get right," shares Miranda. "It went through multiple different versions before we landed on this one, and it ended up being one of my favorite choruses on the record. It's a song about anxiety, and I think fans of the earlier Movements subject matter will really enjoy this one."

On ‘Chapel Of Guts’ FLESHCRAWL share, "with 'Chapel of Guts' we wanted to showcase the full spectrum of our sound. This track stands out from our more classic Swedish Death Metal tracks, making it the perfect contrast to the other singles and the album as a whole. It's a short break from the more straight-forward tracks, offering a more dark contrast."
