"Scars was the heaviest song we recorded during the Tragedy of The Commons sessions," says Harrison. "When we looked back at everything we'd made, this one stood out — it had a different kind of energy, something we knew people needed to hear, but in its own space."

DESPISED ICON drops 'Reaper,' a new collaboration of deathcore titans, featuring Tom Barber (CHELSEA GRIN) and Scott Ian Lewis (CARNIFEX). True to their signature style, the song delivers morbid melodies and massive grooves with relentless intensity. 

Modern metalcore unit THE NARRATOR continue to showcase their chops with another adrenaline filled hulk of a song called 'Aurora'.

“With World War Dinosaur, we went deeper into the theme of the holy dino war and added a stronger military edge," the band comments. “It’s the most epic and hymn-like album we’ve ever written  100% Victorius, but bigger, tighter, and more intense. We’ve never worked this hard on an album before. ‘Only more is more’ and this time, we went all in!”

“I wrote this about that gut-wrenching moment when you realise someone doesn’t feel the same anymore. It had me spiralling, desperate and embarrassed, but it felt honest. It hurts when someone who was once obsessed suddenly doesn’t care. (P.S. Dad, if you’re reading this… omg I’m totally kidding I’ve never done that!)”

KATATONIA’s Jonas Renkse adds: "A final single from the ’Nightmares…’ session, a cover of KISS’ ’A World Without Heroes’ which is one of the songs we usually listen to in the dressing room before going on stage. For us, it now also serves as a memory of Ace Frehley’s legacy.”

Thailand based metalcore act Annalynn return with single ‘BIOS’. Gloomy and cathartic, it urges listeners to face fear and push through hardship. ‘Our band is starting to reset and work through the challenges caused by the unexpected bad news.’ With guitarist Pob stepping up as full time vocalist, the four piece refocus on their original goals.

Roger Miret shares: "In this song, we celebrate the gathering of friends, families and the joyous times when we all looked forward to our Sunday Matinee. Specifically, the days gone of the ‘classic’ CBGB Sunday line ups, where we made lifelong bonds with show attendees and all the visiting Hardcore/Punk bands! To commemorate the induction of the legendary SOUNDGARDEN into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on 8 November 2025 , alternative rock collective KING ULTRAMEGA have unleashed a powerful new rendition of ‘The Day I Tried To Live’, featuring SOUNDGARDEN's Kim Thayil, with Alissa White-Gluz of ARCH ENEMY, Mark Menghi of METAL ALLEGIANCE, and Charlie Benante of ANTHRAX.
