RUNT BRISBANE'S RAW ROCKERS RELEASE SELF TITLED ALBUM

Brisbane rockers, Runt have released their self titled debut album via XMusic.

In their own words Runt says '"this album isn't just a tracklist; it’s a curated collection of stories, each built with its own pulse and purpose. We aren't interested in being a tribute to the past or a carbon copy of the present. Instead, every song was crafted with a sole intent: to deliver a visceral, hard-hitting experience that demands the listener’s attention from the first chord to the final fade.

Layered with thoughtful melodies and unapologetic vocals, the album is lean, mean, and entirely devoid of filler. It’s the sound of a band that’s hungry, focused, and ready to be heard!"

The album features three previous singles, Surrendered, Forever, and I Don't Mind and today, the band release Home.

At its core, Home, is a gritty, unfiltered critique of the digital age. The track questions the moral decay and hyper-sexualization that dominates our screens, offering a deeply personal outlook on the emptiness of modern internet culture.

Contrasting a heavy, self-destructive exhaustion with a desperate plea for sanctuary, the lyrics call out those who 'sell their souls' for fleeting online validation. Ultimately, Home asks a haunting question: how do we find where the heart is when society has forgotten what it means to feel anything at all?
