Fast-rising Ontario-based modern grunge sibling duo Softcult have today released the official music video for their single, Tired. The track is taken for their critically acclaimed debut full-length album When A Flower Doesn’t Grow, which is out now on Easy Life Records.

Speaking of the new single, vocalist Mercedes Arn-Horn shares, “This track is about radicalization. We wrote it about reaching the breaking point of frustration with a fundamentally unfair and oppressive system. Almost all of us can think of a specific moment in our lives that altered our perception of the world and influenced our core beliefs. We’re currently experiencing an upheaval of opinions on both ends of the political spectrum. We’re exhausted, disgusted and horrified by the blatant violation of human rights and fearful of the very real threat of fascist dictatorship. We’re worn out from debating, educating, and simply existing in these times. There are no more excuses. No justifications. This song is about rejecting and revolting against the current systems of power, and condemning the hateful ideologies they promote.”
