PALEFACE SWISS ANNOUNCE ‘THE WILTED’ EP + UNVEIL NEW SINGLE AND MUSIC VIDEO ‘LET ME SLEEP
After surprisingly releasing their collaboration single ‘Instrument Of War’ featuring Stick To Your Guns, Switzerland’s unstoppable heavy export PALEFACE SWISS are back with another neck-breaking track: ‘Let Me Sleep.’
The new single marks the official announcement of their upcoming EP THE WILTED, set for release on January 2nd, 2026 — a continuation of the haunting world the band established with their charting album Cursed. ‘Let Me Sleep’ dives into a darker, more psychological corner of the Zelliverse, capturing frontman Zelli’s struggle with insomnia and inner fear. “Do you know the feeling when you want to sleep but your head doesn’t allow it — maybe because you fear your dreams? Or do my dreams fear me?” Zelli reflects.
“Sleep is so important to me, but sometimes my mind just won’t let me.”
Musically, ‘Let Me Sleep’ delivers everything fans have come to expect from PALEFACE SWISS, relentless breakdowns, haunting atmosphere, and emotional weight while visually, the band once again raises the bar. The accompanying Slender Man / Hellraiser-inspired music video blurs the line between nightmare and reality, solidifying their reputation for cinematic storytelling. With THE WILTED EP, PALEFACE SWISS continue the Cursed universe into new emotional depths, a story of decay, fear, and fragile rebirth.
The Wilted EP track listing:
01. Intro
02. Withering Flower
03. Let Me Sleep
04. Instrument Of War (feat. Stick To Your Guns)
05. Everything Is Fine
THE WILTED is more than just the next release by PALEFACE SWISS, it’s a continuation of the world the band built with their charting album Cursed. Written and shaped during the intense touring cycles across Europe, the U.S., and Australia, The Wilted captures the raw emotions, exhaustion, and rebirth that come with life on the road.
While Cursed explored the darkness within, the pain, rage, and personal downfall, The Wilted steps into the aftermath. It’s the sound of something broken learning to grow again. Each song reflects a stage of decay and renewal, connected by the same universe that fans came to know through Cursed, but presented through a more cinematic and introspective lens.
The EP blends the signature heaviness and aggression of Paleface Swiss with haunting melodies, immersive storytelling, and symbolic imagery. Flowers once vibrant, now withering, serve as a metaphor for change and the acceptance of impermanence. This visual language carries through every aspect of the project, from its artwork to its videos and stage production.
With The Wilted, Paleface Swiss reveal a new layer of their artistry — one that’s not only about destruction, but about what grows from it.
