TROUSDALE REVEAL SUPPORTS FOR DEBUT AUSTRALIA & NZ TOUR

LA-based indie pop trio Trousdale have announced supports for their first ever Australian and New Zealand tour this November. Joining the band will be LOVELOVELOVE in Australia and Lipstick in New Zealand. Tickets on sale now via Destroy All Lines.

Touring off the back of their acclaimed new album 'Growing Pains', Trousdale, comprising of Quinn D’Andrea, Georgia Greene, and Lauren Jones will treat fans to a collection of resonant tunes, celebrating strength, courage, and growth. Their tour will begin Thursday 6th November at Crowbar Brisbane before visiting The Espy in Melbourne on Friday 7th November, Oxford Art Factory in Sydney on Saturday 8th November and will conclude Monday 10th November at Tuning Fork in Auckland.

Brisbane-based solo project LOVELOVELOVE will play support for Trousdale in Australia. LOVELOVELOVE pushes the genre boundaries of indie pop, blending complex emotion and feeling into unique feel-good records. Boasting jangly guitars and velvet melodies, the project has quickly become a staple of the local scene, blending nostalgic 2000s indie with a fresh modern edge, for fans of The 1975, Hazlett and LANY.

Lipstick will play support in Auckland. Hailing from Wellington, the band channel a raucous garage-rock energy reminiscent of post-britpop influences like Bloc Party and Interpol. With a sound that moves from gritty to euphoric, Lipstick are proving they’re here for more than just a moment.

Trousdale's 'Growing Pains' will be shared across AU and NZ stages for the very first time. The album was released earlier this year in April, and is a deeply introspective and musically rich album recorded largely live in the room, co-produced by the band alongside John Mark Nelson (Taylor Swift, Mitski, Suki Waterhouse). The band recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show to perform title track "Growing Pains", playing their cosy tune on daytime television and reaching a whole new audience in the process. Building on the success of their 2023 debut 'Out of My Mind', Trousdale have earned praise from outlets like Consequence, Boston Globe, and Atwood Magazine for their genre-spanning sound and stirring lyricism.

The new record embraces vulnerability and change, threading shimmering melodies with the strength of shared experience. Across 12 tracks, 'Growing Pains' stares down all the weight of its title, a trio of strong, independent women facing the threats of loneliness, broken hearts, loss, and more, and converting it into transformative, uplifting music. “It's a reminder that even in the coldest moments, renewal is always possible,” D’Andrea explains.

With a growing global fanbase and a live reputation that continues to blossom, Trousdale’s first visit to Australia and New Zealand promises to be a special moment for both longtime fans and new listeners. Tickets available now via Destroy All Lines
