IMMINENCE ANNOUNCE INERTIA AS NATIONAL SUPPORT ACT

Next month, Swedish violincore pioneers IMMINENCE will make their return to Australian shores, set to bewitch crowds across the country with their first Australian headline run. And today, the group are thrilled to unveil their local support act for their The Return Of The Black headline tour this October, with Sydney quartet INERTIA joining IMMINENCE nationally, along with the addition of a live Q&A session with THE BREAK DOWN WITH NATH & JOHNNY in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne only.

Offering a performance truly like no other, it's little wonder that IMMINENCE's previous Australian shows sold out in record time. Due to overwhelming demand, the Melbourne show's venue has been upgraded to the Northcote Theatre, with the Brisbane and Sydney shows entirely sold out, and Adelaide and Perth selling fast.

Bending and breaking the boundaries of the heavy music world to their will, Sydney quartet INERTIA are no strangers to weaving dark pop, soul and emo hues into the darkest corners of metal music. With sonic inspiration that spans everyone from Loathe through to Spiritbox, Thornhill and, at times, The Weeknd and SZA, INERTIA have emerged as one of the country's most exciting alternative acts, with over 5 million streams, a completely sold out national Australian tour earlier in 2025, and their 2024 debut album Second Shadow, released via Resist Records, in their wake.
