COLD DAY 2025 MARCHES ON AFTER INGESTED CANCELLATION

UK death metal heavyweights Ingested have officially cancelled their upcoming Australian tour, meaning they will no longer be headlining A Cold Day in Brisbane 2025. While it's a blow for many fans, the festival is forging ahead with a stacked local lineup. Brisbane slam kings Disentomb will return to help fill the gap, and Perth’s hardcore legends Extortion are set to close out what promises to be another unforgettable edition of the fest.

The event will still go ahead on July 26, and ticket refunds are available upon request. The Cold Day team urges fans to continue showing their support to keep the scene alive.

𝑰𝑪𝒀𝑴𝑰 it is with a heavy heart we announce that disappointed to announce that INGESTED will no longer be touring Australia this July and so this means they will not be able to headline A Cold Day in Brisbane 2025.

We would like to stress that the festival is will continue on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟔 with a huge lineup of Australian bands already booked and looking forward to playing. We must forge ahead and encourage everyone to please still attend this year as this festival is completely reliant on the community that surrounds it; without all your support 𝑪𝑶𝑳𝑫 𝑫𝑨𝒀 ceases to exist.

In their place we will have some of our favourites returning. Queenslands very own DISENTOMB will be back to help fill the slamming-death void and Extortion from WA close out what will be another incredible fest!
