POST HEAVEN SIGN WITH GREYSCALE RECORDS, ANNOUNCE NEW EP + SHARE SINGLE "EXIT WOUND"

Melbourne post-hardcore outfit Post Heaven have announced their signing to Greyscale Records, and pair the announcement with news of their sophomore EP, The Space That's In Between, out Friday October 3. They share savage new single and video, "Exit Wound", in anticipation.

A melding of alternative metal, metallic hardcore and breakbeat electronics, “Exit Wound” is Post Heaven's heaviest and most visceral drop to date. The new single details the frustration of endless cycles of self-destruction across a backdrop of ferocious vocals, chugging riffs and dissonant breakdowns. "Exit Wound" takes familiar sounds reminiscent of early 00s staples like Glassjaw and Poison The Well and breathes a whole new life into it.

The single serves as a fitting entry point into the band's forthcoming EP, The Space That’s In Between, a release that pushes the band’s sound into uncharted territory. Spanning four tracks, the EP mixes elements of post-hardcore, alt-metal, shoegaze, ambient and electronica into a diverse but cohesive listening experience, proving that Post Heaven are a band that refuse to be pigeonholed.

Post Heaven have quickly carved out a name for themselves. Their first year saw them share stages with Thornhill, Fleshwater, SeeYouSpaceCowboy, Cave In and found them playing the inaugural New Bloom Festival in Melbourne alongside Citizen, Movements, and Touché Amoré. 2025 opened with a regional Victorian run supporting Trophy Eyes, and starting this Thursday 4th, they’ll join Inertia in supporting Bloom on the Withered Across Australia tour. Now with their Greyscale Records debut on the horizon, Post Heaven are ready to set themselves apart from their contemporaries, forging their own identity in Australia's alternative music landscape.

Fans of Fleshwater, Deftones and Rolo Tomassi will find plenty to love with Post Heaven. "Exit Wound" is out now and available everywhere. The Space That's In Between will be out Friday October 3 via Greyscale Records.
