Brisbane metal outfit DIESECT today share HIDE FROM THE LIGHT Deluxe EP, and lead with new single "NO HOME LEFT TO FIND", out now via Greyscale Records. The band will tour their new music across Europe for the first time on a tour starting next week with Crystal Lake (JPN) & Miss May I (US), and they'll support Spite (US) & Varials (US) across Australia in March - tickets on sale now. 

Originally released in May, HIDE FROM THE LIGHT was an aggressive evolution of DIESECT’s established sound and served as the band’s third EP, as well as their first release with Greyscale Records. The project chronicled the psychological descent of an individual slowly losing faith in being able to heal, until the desire to try passes and they are wilfully consumed by the negative.

The Deluxe EP features three new unheard tracks, and pushes the original narrative, plunging headfirst into the emotional aftermath of that descent. Reflecting on the original release, DIESECT add: "The release of this project has been so surreal and has opened a lot of doors for us, and we can’t thank everyone who has listened or had any part in it enough. We don’t plan on stopping anytime soon and we think 2026 will be our biggest year yet."

They've toured across the nation selling out their own shows and supporting the likes of Thrown (SWE), Fit For A King (US), ERRA (US), Silent Planet (US), Currents (US), August Burns Red (US), While She Sleeps (UK), Make Them Suffer, To The Grave and more, and will take their first international leap next week.
